In anticipation of our Aliyah, Rob Ernst was recommended to us. In the beginning, we had to look via WhatsApp from the US. Rob went to each apartment, took pictures and videos, and even videoed as he walked to one apartment so that we could get a feel for the location. Since we weren’t physically there, our friend and our son met him on occasion to view the apartments which was a big help. He texted us often to let us know if either he found something or if he didn’t have anything but
wanted us to know he was still looking. If we had a lead, he followed up, and either showed it to us on WhatsApp or told us it wasn’t a good option with the reasons why not. We signed for an apartment and returned to the US, and Rob was available to hold our hands through the preliminary process, answering questions and offering advice.
